Performance upgrades & genuine parts

We fit performance parts and then tune the bike around them, which is the step most riders skip. An exhaust or filter without an ECU flash usually leaves the bike running lean and gains you very little, so we quote hardware and tuning together and confirm the result on the dyno. Our parts catalogue carries over 590 items across exhausts, filters, suspension, brakes and CVT components — and we will tell you when an upgrade is not worth your money.

What we upgrade

  • Full systems and slip-on exhausts, fitted and mapped
  • Free-flow and high-flow air filters
  • Big-bore and stroker kits, with matched head work
  • Cams, valve springs and head porting
  • CVT upgrades for scooters — pulleys, rollers, clutch and springs
  • Suspension — fork internals, rear shocks, spring rates set to your weight
  • Brakes — pads, discs, lines and master cylinder upgrades

Do it in the right order

  • Tyres and brakes before power — grip and stopping come first
  • Suspension set up for your actual weight before chasing horsepower
  • Intake and exhaust together, not one at a time
  • ECU flash immediately after any intake or exhaust change
  • Internal engine work only on a healthy, well-maintained engine
  • Cooling and gearing considered on any serious power build
  • A dyno baseline before you spend, so gains are measured not claimed
The process

How we plan a build

  1. Tell us the goal and the budgetDaily commuter smoothness, weekend twisties and track days are three different builds. A realistic budget lets us spend it in the right order instead of on the loudest part.
  2. Baseline the bikeA dyno run and a mechanical health check first. There is no point adding power to an engine that needs a valve clearance or an overhaul.
  3. Parts plan and quoteWe quote hardware and the tuning together, so there is no surprise second bill. Options at different price points where they exist.
  4. InstallFitted properly — brackets, heat shielding, sensors and wiring done right, not zip-tied.
  5. Tune around the hardwareECU flash or piggyback setup on the dyno so fuelling matches the new airflow. This is what turns parts into actual performance.
  6. Dyno proof and road testFinal run, before-and-after graph, road test and a walkthrough of anything that changes about how you maintain the bike.

We quote every build rather than publish a price list, because parts pricing depends on brand and model, so every build is quoted properly first. Some modifications are not road-legal in Singapore, including certain exhausts. We will tell you plainly what is road-appropriate and what is track-only before you spend anything.

Common questions

Performance upgrade FAQ

In almost every case, yes. More airflow with the stock fuel map means the bike runs lean, which costs you power and adds heat. The flash is what converts the hardware into an actual, measurable gain.

Usually not power. Tyres, brakes and suspension set up for your weight transform how a bike rides far more than a few horsepower, and they cost less. We will tell you that even though the exhaust is the bigger sale.

Some are, many are not — noise and emissions rules apply, and a non-compliant exhaust can fail your annual LTA inspection. Ask us before you buy and we will tell you whether the part is road-appropriate or track-only.

Yes. CVT work — pulley, rollers, clutch and springs as a matched set — plus aRacer, BRT or UMA Racing ECU tuning. Matched properly it makes a real difference to acceleration.

Done properly and tuned, bolt-on upgrades are generally fine. Internal engine work raises stress, so it needs a healthy engine underneath and tighter maintenance afterwards. We will be upfront about the trade-off.

Both. We carry over 590 items in our catalogue, and we are happy to fit parts you have sourced yourself — though warranty on customer-supplied parts sits with you.
